Common use of Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Qualifications. Contractor agrees to maintain the organizational and administrative capacity and capabilities proposed in its response to the Solicitation, as modified, to carry out all duties and responsibilities under the Contract. Contractor Agents assigned to perform the duties and responsibilities under the Contract must be and remain properly trained and qualified for the functions they are to perform. Notwithstanding the transfer or turnover of personnel, Contractor remains obligated to perform all duties and responsibilities under the Contract without degradation and in strict accordance with the terms of the Contract.
