Common use of Qualified Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Qualified Expenditures. The words “Qualified Expenditures” mean those expenditures which consist of the construction of the Infrastructure Improvements; and those expenses which otherwise meet the definition of “project” as that term is defined by Sections 501.103, and 505.158 of the Act, and the definition of “cost” as that term is defined by Section 501.152 of the Act.

Qualified Expenditures. The words “Qualified Expenditures” mean those expenditures which consist consisting of the construction of an office and retail building located on the Infrastructure Improvements; Property, as generally depicted in Exhibit B of this Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, and those expenses which otherwise meet the definition of “project” as that term is defined by in Sections 501.101, 501.103, and 505.158 of the Act, and meet the definition of “cost” as that term is defined by in Section 501.152 of the Act.

Qualified Expenditures. The words “Qualified Expenditures” mean those expenditures which consist consisting of the construction and installation of electric vehicle charging stations located on the Infrastructure Improvements; Property and those expenses which otherwise meet the definition of “project” as that term is defined by Sections 501.103, 501.103 and 505.158 of the Act, and the definition of “cost” as that term is defined by Section 501.152 of the Act.

Qualified Expenditures. The words “Qualified Expenditures” mean those expenditures costs which consist of the construction of the Infrastructure Improvements; and those expenses which otherwise meet the definition of “project” as that term is defined by Sections 501.103in Chapters 501 and 505 of the Act, and in particular Section 505.158 of the Act, and meet the definition of “cost” as that term is defined by in Section 501.152 of the Act.

Qualified Expenditures. The words “Qualified Expenditures” mean those expenditures which consist consisting of the construction of a minimum 8,000 square foot hair salon establishment located on the Infrastructure Improvements; Property, and Property acquisition costs, and those expenses which otherwise meet the definition of “project” as that term is defined by Sections 501.103, 501.103 and 505.158 of the Act, and the definition of “cost” as that term is defined by Section 501.152 of the Act.

Qualified Expenditures. The words “Qualified Expenditures” mean those expenditures which consist of the construction of the Infrastructure Improvements; and those expenses which otherwise meet the definition of “project” as that term is defined by Sections 501.103, and 505.158 of the Act, and the definition of “cost” as that term is defined by Section 501.152 of the Act. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Qualified Expenditures include expenditures for the Infrastructure Improvements, including those costs associated with engineering, design, architecture, testing, etc. in connection therewith.

Qualified Expenditures. The words “Qualified Expenditures” mean those expenditures which consist consisting of the construction and installation of a patio cover to the Infrastructure Improvements; Property, and those expenses which otherwise meet the definition of “project” as that term is defined by Sections 501.103, 501.103 and 505.158 of the Act, and the definition of “cost” as that term is defined by Section 501.152 of the Act, and includes any promotional or advertising expenses which are consistent with Section 505.103 of the Act.

Qualified Expenditures. The words “Qualified Expenditures” mean those expenditures which consist consisting of the construction of a minimum 15,000 square foot hair salon and retail establishment located on the Infrastructure Improvements; Property, and Property acquisition costs, and those expenses which otherwise meet the definition of “project” as that term is defined by Sections 501.103, 501.103 and 505.158 of the Act, and the definition of “cost” as that term is defined by Section 501.152 of the Act.

Qualified Expenditures. The words “Qualified Expenditures” mean those expenditures which consist consisting of the construction of a Trilogy Resources manufacturing facility located on the Infrastructure Improvements; Property, and those expenses which otherwise meet the definition of “project” as that term is defined by in Sections 501.103, 501.101 and 505.158 501.103 of the Act, and meet the definition of “cost” as that term is defined by in Section 501.152 of the Act.

Qualified Expenditures. The words “Qualified Expenditures” mean those expenditures which consist consisting of the construction of the Infrastructure Improvements; Patio Weather Cover as depicted in Exhibit A of this Agreement, which is attached hereto and is incorporated herein for all purposes, and those expenses which otherwise meet the definition of “project” as that term is defined by Sections 501.103, and Section 505.158 of the Act, and the definition of “cost” as that term is defined by Section 501.152 of the Act.
