Common use of Qualified Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Qualified Expenditures. Developer covenants and agrees to submit to the BCDC invoices, receipts, or other documentation in a form acceptable to the BCDC for the Qualified Expenditures made to the Property in a minimum amount of Fifty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($55,000.00) by December 31, 2023.

Qualified Expenditures. Developer covenants and agrees to submit to the BCDC invoices, receipts, or other documentation in a form acceptable to the BCDC for the Qualified Expenditures made to the Property or for the promotion of the Property in a minimum amount of Fifty-Five Twenty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($55,000.0020,000.00) by December 31, 20232024.

Qualified Expenditures. Developer covenants and agrees to submit to the BCDC invoices, receipts, or other documentation in a form acceptable to the BCDC for the Qualified Expenditures made to the Property in a minimum amount of FiftyThirty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($55,000.0035,000.00) by December 31, 2023. Further, the Qualified Expenditures must remain operational during the Term of this Agreement.
