Common use of Qualified Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Qualified Expenditures. Developer covenants and agrees to submit to the BCDC invoices, receipts, or other documentation in a form acceptable to the BCDC for the Qualified Expenditures made to the Property or for the promotion of the Property in a minimum amount of Twenty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($20,000.00) by December 31, 2024.

Qualified Expenditures. Developer covenants and agrees to submit to the BCDC invoices, receipts, or other documentation in a form acceptable to the BCDC for the Qualified Expenditures made to the Property or for the promotion of the Property in a minimum amount of Twenty Thirty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($20,000.0035,000.00) by December 31, 20242023. Further, the Qualified Expenditures must remain operational during the Term of this Agreement.

Qualified Expenditures. Developer covenants and agrees to submit to the BCDC invoices, receipts, or other documentation in a form acceptable to the BCDC for the Qualified Expenditures made to the Property or for the promotion of the Property in a minimum amount of Twenty Thousand Four Million and No/100 Dollars ($20,000.004,000,000.00) by December 31, 2024.

Qualified Expenditures. Developer covenants and agrees to submit to the BCDC invoices, receipts, or other documentation in a form acceptable to the BCDC for the Qualified Expenditures made to the Property or for the promotion of the Property in a minimum amount of Twenty Two Million Five Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($20,000.002,500,000.00) by December 31, 2024.

Qualified Expenditures. Developer covenants and agrees to submit to the BCDC invoices, receipts, or other documentation in a form acceptable to the BCDC for the Qualified Expenditures made to the Property or for the promotion of the Property in a minimum amount of Twenty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($20,000.00) by December 31, 20242025.

Qualified Expenditures. Developer covenants and agrees to submit to the BCDC invoices, receipts, or other documentation in a form acceptable to the BCDC for the Qualified Expenditures made to the Property or for the promotion of the Property in a minimum amount of Twenty Two Million Five Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($20,000.002,500,000.00) by December 31April 1, 202420242023.

Qualified Expenditures. Developer covenants and agrees to submit to the BCDC invoices, receipts, or other documentation in a form acceptable to the BCDC for the Qualified Expenditures made to the Property or for the promotion of the Property in a minimum amount of Twenty Five Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($20,000.00500,000.00) by December 31, 2024. Developer covenants and agrees said construction of the Qualified Expenditures shall comply with all federal, state and local statutes, rules, regulations, and ordinances.
