Common use of Qualified Expenses Eligible for Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Qualified Expenses Eligible for Reimbursement. In order to be eligible for reimbursement of common benefit expenses, said expenses must meet the requirements of this section. Specifically, said expenses must be (a) for the common benefit, (b) appropriately authorized and timely submitted, (c) within the defined limitations set forth in this Order, and (d) verified.
