Common use of QUALIFIED INVESTMENT Clause in Contracts

QUALIFIED INVESTMENT. Subject to the qualifications and limitations described under “Eligibility for Investment” in the Prospectus, the Securities will be qualified investments under the Income Tax Act (Canada) and the regulations thereunder for trusts governed by registered retirement savings plans, registered retirement income funds, registered education savings plans, deferred profit sharing plans, a registered disability savings plan and tax free savings accounts.
