Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP). a. The SWPPP shall be implemented by a QSP. The SWPPP shall contain the QSP’s name, certification number, and telephone number. The QSP is responsible for implementing the BMPs and CSMP as described within the SWPPP.
