Qualifying Credit Cards. Unless the Reporting Financial Institution elects otherwise, either with respect to all accounts or, separately, with respect to any clearly identified group of such accounts, where the implementing rules in both jurisdictions provide for such election, a credit card account is not required to be reviewed, identified, or reported, provided that the Reporting Financial Institution maintaining such account, in each case applying the rules set forth in paragraph C of section VI of this Annex I, for account aggregation and currency translation;
