Common use of Quality and Performance Clause in Contracts

Quality and Performance. 6.1 Any person authorised by Ecorys UK shall be entitled, subject to reasonable notice, to inspect work being undertaken in relation to the Services and the Deliverables at all reasonable times at the Service Provider’s premises or at the premises of any sub-contractor or agent of the Service Provider. 6.2 If at any time following the date of provision of any Services or delivery of any Deliverables, any such Services or Deliverables (or any part thereof) are found to be defective or otherwise not in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement, the Service Provider shall promptly on request and without charge, remedy the deficiency by re-performing the Services, or supplying replacements for, the Deliverables.
