Quality and Performance. 6.1 Any person authorised by Ecorys UK shall be entitled, subject to reasonable notice, to inspect work being undertaken in relation to the Services and the Deliverables at all reasonable times at the Service Provider’s premises or at the premises of any sub-contractor or agent of the Service Provider.
