Quality Assurance and Inspection. a. All Goods ordered may be subject to (i) Buyer source inspection, or in process inspection, during the period of manufacture prior to shipment and (ii) final inspection, testing and acceptance at destination notwithstanding any prior payment or inspection and acceptance. All Goods shall comply with all regulatory requirements.
