Quality insurance. Carrying out of self-evaluation by Health Structures in 18 targeted prefectures, with results of self-evaluation serving as basis for preparation of plan by each said Health Structure for improvement of following aspects of health service delivery: technical skills, medical waste management, results, client satisfaction, continued training of staff, community participation, management of health activities at Prefectoral level, and financial management, through provision of equipment, vehicles, technical advisory services, training, and quality incentive grants to said Health Structures.
