In particular, Supplier's QA system shall include the following elements: • planning and development of processes and procedures for manufacturing its products • implementation of the agreed testing and traceable documentation of the test results • immediate introduction of pre-emptive and corrective action in the event of internal or external complaints and keeping of records on any action taken 3.2. PÖTTINGER is entitled to ask Supplier for documented proof to ensure that the effectiveness of the quality assurance system satisfies its requirements.
