Quality of Materials, Articles and Equipment. Materials, articles and equipment furnished by the Contractor for incorporation into the Work shall be new. When the Contract requires that materials, articles or equipment be furnished, but the quality or kind thereof is not specified, the Contractor shall furnish materials, articles or equipment at least equal to the kind or quality or both of materials, articles or equipment which are specified.
