Quality of the Crude Oil. 14.1.1 The quality analysis of Crude Oil produced from the Oil Field within the Contract Area shall be undertaken at the Delivery Point. Such analysis shall be carried out on a sample taken by the State Bureau of Import and Export Commodities Inspection (hereinafter referred to as the “Bureau”) or any representative agency authorized by the Bureau pursuant to standards issued by the State Bureau of Standardization of the People’s Republic of China or by the Department or Unit. 14.1.2 The Crude Oil quality analysis referred to in Article 14.1.1 above shall include the following: (a) density at 20 degree centigrade, in grams per cubic centimeter; (b) sulphur content, in weight percentage; (c) water content, in weight percentage; and (d) basic sediment content, in weight percentage.
