Common use of Quality of the Crude Oil Clause in Contracts

Quality of the Crude Oil. 14.1.1 The quality analysis of Crude Oil produced from the Oil Field within the Contract Area shall be undertaken at the Delivery Point. Such analysis shall be carried out on a sample taken by the State Bureau of Import and Export Commodities Inspection (hereinafter referred to as the “Bureau”) or any representative agency authorized by the Bureau pursuant to standards issued by the State Bureau of Standardization of the People’s Republic of China or by the Department or Unit.

Such analysis shall be carried out on a sample taken by the State Bureau of Import department and Export Commodities Inspection (hereinafter referred to as the “Bureau”) or any its representative agency agencies authorized by the Bureau State Council of the People's Republic of China pursuant to standards issued by the State Bureau of Standardization of the People’s 's Republic of China or by the Department or Unit.
