QUALITY OF CARE. Under the terms of this agreement, the BC shall: (a) Assure that each eligible TRICARE beneficiary receives care which complies with the underlying standards and requirements in Article 3.3; and,

(b) The hospice program shall provide hospice services in the same manner to TRICARE beneficiaries as it provides to all patients to whom it renders services.
