Common use of Quality of the Product Supplied Clause in Contracts

Quality of the Product Supplied. The Parties hereby acknowledge and agree that all the chemical characteristics set out in Attachment I hereto as guaranteed specifications (the “Guaranteed Specifications”) are mandatory and guaranteed by SELLER. The quality of the Product supplied shall be determined based on sampling and analysis to be carried out on each Batch in accordance with the criteria and other procedures set out in Attachment III hereto.
