Quality Surveillance and Examination of Records. 1. All services performed by Contractor shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the Comptroller at all times, and Contractor shall furnish all information concerning the services. 2. The Comptroller or its representatives shall have the right at reasonable hours to examine any books, records, data and other documents of Contractor or its subcontractors pertaining to work performed under this Agreement and shall allow such representatives free access to any and all such books and records. The Comptroller will give the Contractor at least thirty (30) days’ notice of such intended examination. At the Comptroller's request, the Contractor shall provide the Comptroller with hard copies of or magnetic disk or tape containing any data or DocuSign Envelope ID: ED91CDCC-5F32-443F-B8A6-C6B5266F1BBA information in the possession or control of the Contractor which pertains to the Comptroller's business under this Agreement. The Contractor shall incorporate this paragraph verbatim into any Agreement it enters into with any subcontractor providing services under this Agreement. 3. The Contractor shall retain and maintain accurate records and documents relating to performance of services under this Agreement for a minimum of three (3) years after the final payment by the Comptroller and shall make them available for inspection and audit by the Comptroller.
