QUANTITIES IN THE BILL. a) The quantities of work and material listed in the bill are not to be considered as limiting nor as extending the amount of the work to be done or material to be supplied by the Contractor. The work as completed in accordance with the contract will be measured and paid for at the rates in the schedule and in accordance with the contract document.
