Scope of Supply a) Subject to the provisions in the bidding document and contract, the goods and related services to be supplied shall be as specified in the bidding document. b) Unless otherwise stipulated in the Contract, the scope of supply shall include all such items not specifically mentioned in the Contract but that can be reasonably inferred from the Contract as being required for attaining delivery and completion of the goods and related services as if such items were expressly mentioned in the Contract.

Scope of Supply. Seller’s scope of supply of Goods shall be as stated in Seller’s Quotation. Seller may make such changes in design, materials and construction of Goods, components or parts as Seller considers desirable, provided that such changes do not have a material adverse effect on the performance of the Goods. Further, Seller may furnish suitable substitutes for materials unobtainable on reasonable terms because of shortages, or because of priorities or regulations established by governmental authorities. Buyer may at any time request from Seller an estimate of the impact on price, delivery date and/or any other change in any Goods required by Buyer. Seller shall submit such estimate within a reasonable time. Material changes to the Purchase Order, including, but not limited to, changes in price, delivery date and/or any other change, shall be effective only upon a change order executed by both parties.

OEMs/ Certification Agencies are required to mention this in the CAAF (Annexure-8) for all the quoted hardware/ software. If any of the hardware/ software is found to be declared as End of Sale/ Service/ Support, then the bidder shall replace all such hardware/ software with the latest ones having equivalent or higher specifications without any financial obligation to the purchaser.
