Common use of Quantities to be supplied Clause in Contracts

Quantities to be supplied. (Art. 117) 1.1 “Technical requirements and quantities” and in the Bills of Quantities annexed to this tender specifications document. Without prejudice to the possibility for the contracting authority to terminate the contract if the supplies delivered do not meet the requirements imposed or if they are not delivered by the deadlines asked, by concluding this contract the supplier acquires the right to deliver these quantities, under penalty of indemnification by the contracting authority.
