Quantity Dependence Sample Clauses

In practice, this means that pricing, delivery schedules, or payment amounts may fluctuate based on the actual number of units ordered or delivered. This clause ensures that both parties are clear on how contractual terms adjust in response to changes in quantity, thereby allocating risk and preventing disputes over variable order sizes.
