Quantity of Committed Gas to be delivered to the Receipt Point(s). Subject to the other terms and provisions hereof, Supplier shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to Processor at the Receipt Point(s), all Committed Gas now or hereafter produced by and/or under contract to Supplier from the Committed Area. Supplier’s obligation to deliver Committed Gas and Processor’s obligation to receive such Committed Gas shall be subject to Processor receiving the Committed Gas tendered at the Receipt Point(s) pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Additionally, in recognition of the desirability of maintaining a uniform rate of flow of Gas for processing, Supplier agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to cause production schedules to be regulated on a day-by-day basis so that Committed Gas shall be made available at the Receipt Point(s) at as uniform a flow rate as possible.
