Common use of Quantity Terms Clause in Contracts

Quantity Terms. Gogo is not obligated to procure any minimum quantity of Products, Deliverables, or services under this Agreement to obtain the pricing for Products set forth in this Agreement except when ordering, Gogo will need to comply with the minimum purchase order quantity specified in Exhibit A. Gogo will purchase a quantity of Products as stated on purchase orders made under this Agreement. Actual quantities will be indicated on a purchase order. Pricing set out in this Agreement or the Exhibits will apply regardless of actual quantities ordered under this Agreement.
