Tolerances. The maximum tolerances within concrete work shall be constructed are as follows:-
Tolerances. All vehicle speeds specified for the tests described in this annex shall be met within a tolerance of ±2 km/h.
Tolerances. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by seller, standard tolerances as described on seller’s drawings, websites and/or posted catalog datasheets shall apply.
Tolerances. 1. If non-originating materials used in the production of a product do not satisfy the requirements set out in Annex 3-B (Product-specific rules of origin), the product shall be considered as originating in a Party, provided that:
(a) for all products, except for the products classified under HS Chapters 50 to 63, the value of non-originating materials used in the production of the products concerned does not exceed 10 % of the ex-works price of those products;
(b) for the products classified under HS Chapters 50 to 63, the tolerances set out in Notes 7 and 8 of Annex 3-A (Introductory notes to product-specific rules of origin) apply.
2. Paragraph 1 does not apply if the value or weight of non-originating materials used in the production of a product exceeds any of the percentages for the maximum value or weight of non- originating materials as specified in the requirements set out in Annex 3-B (Product-specific rules of origin).
3. Paragraph 1 does not apply to products wholly obtained in a Party within the meaning of Article 3.4 (Wholly obtained products). If Annex 3-B (Product-specific rules of origin) requires that the materials used in the production of a product are wholly obtained in a Party within the meaning of Article 3.4 (Wholly obtained products), paragraphs 1 and 2 apply.
Tolerances. Goods sold hereunder shall be subject to Xxxxxx'x standard manufacturing variations, tolerances, and classifications. Where overall specifications are based on truck specifications supplied by Customer or truck manufacturer, Xxxxxx will not be responsible for deviations in overall specifications if caused by deviation of truck specifications from information supplied.
Tolerances. The total number of acres of sugarbeets to be planted by Shareholder shall be subject to overplant and underplant tolerances as established from time to time by Company pursuant to this Agreement. Shareholder hereby acknowledges and agrees that said tolerances may be established and/or modified from time to time by Company as determined to be appropriate to respond to planting, crop conditions, and/or government imposed marketing allocations. The initial tolerance and any modification thereof shall be effective upon communication of the same to Shareholder by Company, and the Annual Contract shall be deemed amended to the extent of the modified tolerance.

(a) for a product classified under Chapters 1 to 49 or Chapters 64 to 97 of the Harmonized System, the value of all those non-originating materials does not exceed 10 per cent of the ex- works or free on board price of the product; or
(b) for a product classified under Chapters 50 to 63 of the Harmonized System, tolerances apply as stipulated in Notes 6 to 8 of Annex 3-A.
2. Paragraph 1 does not apply if the value of non-originating materials used in the production of a product exceeds any of the percentages for the maximum value of non-originating materials as specified in the requirements set out in Annex 3-B.
3. Paragraph 1 does not apply to products wholly obtained in a Party within the meaning of Article 3.
Tolerances. A. Monitor fabrication and installation tolerance control of products to produce acceptable Work. Do not permit tolerances to accumulate.
B. Comply with manufacturers' tolerances. When manufacturers' tolerances conflict with Contract Documents, request clarification, as required, before proceeding.
C. Adjust products to appropriate dimensions; position before securing products in place.
Tolerances. 17.1. An order for paper shall be deemed to have been properly fulfilled in accordance with the Contract if the Seller delivers to the Buyer goods that do not deviate from the contract quantity by more than the tolerances stipulated below. 0-1 25% 1-5 15,0% 5-10 10,0% 10-20 7,5% 20-50 6,5% 50-100 5,0% 100-500 3,0% 500-1000 1,0% 1000-3000 1,0% For lots of paper of intermediate magnitudes the tolerances are obtained by linear interpolation.
17.2. A delivery of paper shall be deemed to have been completed in accordance with the Contract
(i) if delivered sizes (in the case of sheets, the width and length and in the case of reels, the width) differs from the contracted sizes by no more than stipulated below: Not trimmed ± 0,4%, not.however, exceeding ± 3 mm Trimmed ± 0,2%, not.however, exceeding ± 3mm <400 mm ± 2 mm 400 mm but < 2,000 mm ± 3 mm 2,000 mm and over ± 5 mm Minimum 95% of the measurements must be within these tolerances.
(ii) if there are not more than three splices per reel.

(b) for a product classified under Chapters 50 to 63 of the Harmonized System, tolerances apply as stipulated in Notes 6 to 8 of Annex 3-A. 1 For greater certainty, the references to the tariff classification number of the Harmonized System in this Chapter are based on the Harmonized System, as amended on 1 January 2017.
