Quarterly Business. Reviews (QBR) 2.3.3.1 Frequency of QBRs can be amended if deemed appropriate by both the Customer and EPX, 2.3.3.2 QBRs are a requirement and need to be attended by an EPX account manager and the Customer designated IT contact, 2.3.3.3 EPX will make reasonable efforts to contact and organise QBRs (normally 3 attempts). If EPX is unable to make contact or is having to spend an unreasonable amount of time to reschedule meetings, an administrative charge maybe levied to cover the cost of the time taken to organise.
