Common use of Quarterly Expenditure Reports Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Expenditure Reports. The State must provide quarterly expenditure reports using Form CMS-64 to separately report total expenditures for services provided through this Demonstration under section 1115 authority that are subject to budget neutrality. This project is approved for expenditures applicable to services rendered during the Demonstration period. CMS shall provide Federal Financial Participation (FFP) for allowable Demonstration expenditures only as long as they do not exceed the pre-defined limits on the costs incurred as specified in section X (Monitoring Budget Neutrality).
