Common use of Quarterly Financial Status Reports Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Financial Status Reports. The Recipient shall furnish one (1) copy of a quarterly financial status report to the Grant Manager, and one (1) copy to the Grants Officer, on or before the thirtieth (30th) calendar day of the month following the end of the quarter being reported. The Recipient shall use SF 425, Federal Financial Report, to report the status of funds for all non-construction projects or programs. The Recipient shall report outlays and program income, if any, on an accrual basis. However, if the Recipient's accounting records are not normally kept on an accrual basis, the Recipient shall not be required to convert its accounting system, but shall develop such accrual information through an analysis of the documentation on hand. The Recipient shall certify to the expenditure of its proposed cost share for the period being reported, in the "Remarks" block.
