Quarterly Financials; Other Quarterly Reports. As soon as available and in any event within forty-five (45) days after the end of each fiscal quarter, the Corporation will deliver or cause to be delivered (A) its consolidated balance sheet, as at the end of such fiscal quarter, and the related consolidated statements of income, shareholders’ equity, loss and deficit (or income) and cash flows for such fiscal quarter and for the period from the beginning of the then current fiscal year of the Corporation to the end of such quarter, along with a comparison to the operating budget for such quarter, (B) a copy of its consolidating financial statements for such fiscal quarter, but only if material to an understanding of the Corporation’s operations and financial condition, and (C) a schedule of investments made by the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries since the date such information was last provided to Lenders.
