Quarterly Bonus The Employee shall be eligible to be paid a quarterly bonus earned in accordance with the terms set forth on Exhibit 3.2.
Quarterly Payments If Tenant during any six (6) month period shall be more than five (5) days delinquent in the payment of any rent or other amount payable by Tenant hereunder on three (3) or more occasions, then, notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Landlord may, by written notice to Tenant, elect to require Tenant to pay all Base Monthly Rent and Additional Rent quarterly in advance. Such right shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any other right or remedy available to Landlord hereunder or at law on account of Tenant's default hereunder
Quarterly As of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter.
Utilization Fees (i) If on any day the sum of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Loans to the Borrowers plus the L/C Obligations then outstanding exceeds the product of (A) one-half (1/2) times (B) the Revolving Loan Commitment, each Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for the pro rata benefit of each Lender, a per annum fee equal to the Applicable Percentage for Utilization Fees multiplied by such Borrower’s outstanding Loans plus the L/C Obligations then outstanding (the “Utilization Fees”).
Development Fee The fee for the packaging of a Company Property, including negotiating and approving plans and assisting in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and financing for a specific Company Property to be developed or under development, either initially or at a later date.
Minimum Revenue Borrower and its Subsidiaries shall have annual Revenue from sales of the Product (for each respective calendar year, the “Minimum Required Revenue”):

Monthly Fee Programmer will pay Licensee for the broadcast of the programs hereunder a fee each month as described in more detail in Appendix A to this Agreement (the "Monthly Fee"). The Monthly Fee will be payable on the first day of each calendar month during the Term, to Clearly Superior Radio, L.L.C., 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000, or to such other address as Licensee may designate in writing. The failure of Licensee to demand or insist upon prompt payment of the Monthly Fee will not constitute a waiver of its right to do so.
Annual Maintenance Fee In consideration of the license granted to Licensee under Section 2.1, Licensee shall pay Licensor on-going annual maintenance fees of **** on each anniversary of the Effective Date.
Development Fees (a) For the development services described in Section 8 above, IMG will pay VERITAS at the "Annual Rate". The initial Annual Rate shall be one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) per person-year. Commencing January 1, 2002, the Annual Rate shall be adjusted to equal the product of the then current Annual Rate multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Consumer Price Index published for the December immediately preceding the January 1 in question and the denominator of which is the Consumer Price Index published for the immediately preceding December; provided, however, that any such increase in the Annual Rate shall not be greater than seven percent (7%) of the immediately preceding Annual Rate.
