Quarterly Lender Calls. Commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending April 30, 2019, following delivery of the financial statements pursuant to Section 5.01(a) or (b), the Borrower Representative will, upon the reasonable request of the Administrative Agent, participate in a conference call with the Administrative Agent and the Lenders once during such Fiscal Quarter at a time selected by the Borrower Representative and reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent;
