Common use of Quarterly Property Schedules Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Property Schedules. At the time financial statements are furnished pursuant to Sections 9.1. and 9.2., a schedule of all Properties owned or leased by the Parent, the Borrower and each other Subsidiary of the Parent as of the fiscal quarter most recently ended, and the applicable Net Operating Income and Occupancy Rate of each such Property, such schedule certified by the chief financial officer or chief accounting officer of the Parent as true, correct and complete as of the date such information is delivered;
