Common use of Quarterly Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Reimbursement. The Contractor shall be entitled to receive payments for work, projects, and services rendered as detailed and described in Attachment C (Work Plan). The Contractor shall submit to the State Agency quarterly voucher claims and supporting documentation. The Contractor shall submit vouchers to the State Agency in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section III(A)(3) herein.
