Common use of Quarterly Report of Sales Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Report of Sales. Competitive Supplier shall provide the Municipality or its agent with a quarterly report of sales which will contain: (i) the actual aggregate kWh sales for each meter read of the reporting period and (ii) the number of Participating Consumer accounts active in each meter read of the reporting period, as well as the kWh and number of accounts disaggregated by rate class (residential and small commercial) and product (Standard and 100% Renewable). The quarterly report will be due to the Municipality or its agent within sixty (60) days following the close of each quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31). The aggregate kWh sales and number of Participating Consumer accounts shall be listed in the report both by rate code and rate name as shown on Exhibit B attached hereto. This information shall be provided in electronic format.
