Contractor must provide the following information to Enterprise Services in an electronic spreadsheet format within fifteen (15) days following any calendar quarter: (a) Volumes and types of fuel(s) delivered (including whether clear or dyed) (b) Purchaser Name (c) Date of Date (d) Delivery Location (e) Invoice Number (f) Tank Capacity (g) Average gallons delivered by fuel site (h) Actual fuel(s) delivered
