Common use of Quarterly Schedule Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Schedule. By each March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 (as applicable, subsequent to the Commercial Operations Date), Seller shall provide to Company, in the form requested by Company, a projection of maintenance outages and estimated reductions in capacity for the next calendar quarter. Seller shall provide Company with prompt written notice of any deviation from its quarterly maintenance schedule but in any case Seller shall provide such written notice not less than one (1) week prior to commencing any such rescheduled maintenance event. During any scheduled or rescheduled maintenance event, Seller shall provide updates to Company’s operating personnel in the event there are any delays or changes to the proposed schedule, and shall promptly respond to any requests from Company for updates regarding the status of such maintenance event.
