Common use of QUARTERLY SERVICING ACCOUNTS RECONCILIATION CERTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

QUARTERLY SERVICING ACCOUNTS RECONCILIATION CERTIFICATION. Primary Servicer shall execute and deliver to Master Servicer a certification substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit D hereto no later than the 25th calendar day of each January, April, July and October, commencing in April 2006 (the date of such delivery, in each case, a "Reconciliation Certification Date"), with respect to the three consecutive calendar months immediately preceding the calendar month in which such Reconciliation Certification Date falls.

QUARTERLY SERVICING ACCOUNTS RECONCILIATION CERTIFICATION. Primary Servicer shall execute and deliver to Master Servicer a certification substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit D hereto no later than the 25th calendar day of each January, April, July and October, commencing in April October 2006 (the date of such delivery, in each case, a "Reconciliation Certification Date"), with respect to the three consecutive calendar months immediately preceding the calendar month in which such Reconciliation Certification Date falls.

The Primary Servicer shall execute and deliver to the Master Servicer a certification substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit D E hereto no later than the 25th 15th calendar day of each JanuaryFebruary, AprilMay, July August and OctoberNovember, commencing in April 2006 May 20__ (the date of such delivery, in each case, a "Reconciliation Certification Date"), with respect to the three consecutive calendar months quarters ending the immediately preceding the calendar month in which such Reconciliation Certification Date fallsDecember 31st, March 31st, June 30th and September 30th, respectively.
