QUARTERLY SERVICING ACCOUNTS RECONCILIATION CERTIFICATION. The Primary Servicer shall execute and deliver to the Master Servicer a certification substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit E hereto no later than the 15th calendar day of each February, May, August and November, commencing in May 20__ (the date of such delivery, in each case, a "Reconciliation Certification Date"), with respect to the calendar quarters ending the immediately preceding December 31st, March 31st, June 30th and September 30th, respectively.

QUARTERLY SERVICING ACCOUNTS RECONCILIATION CERTIFICATION. The Primary Servicer shall execute and deliver to the Capmark Master Servicer a certification substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit E D hereto no later than the 15th 25th calendar day of each FebruaryJanuary, MayApril, August July and NovemberOctober, commencing in May 20__ July 2007 (the date of such delivery, in each case, a "Reconciliation Certification Date"), with respect to the three consecutive calendar quarters ending the months immediately preceding December 31st, March 31st, June 30th and September 30th, respectivelythe calendar month in which such Reconciliation Certification Date falls.
