Common use of QUARTERLY STATUS AND COMPLIANCE REPORTS Clause in Contracts

QUARTERLY STATUS AND COMPLIANCE REPORTS. The City agrees to submit to the TIF Division written and signed Project Status Reports (see Sections 2.17 and 5.4 above) containing all required information, on the 15th day of January, April, July and October throughout the duration of the Project, or more often if requested by the Board or the TIF Division, using the form attached as Exhibit B.

QUARTERLY STATUS AND COMPLIANCE REPORTS. The City agrees to Upon the commencement and throughout the duration of the construction of this Project, Developer shall submit to the City’s TIF Division written and signed Project Status Reports (see See Sections 2.17 3.16 and 5.4 6.6 above) containing all required information), on a quarterly basis, no later than on the 15th day of January, April, July and October throughout the duration of the Projector, or more often if as requested by the Board or City, in accordance with the TIF Divisionrequirements of this Agreement and of the Status Report Form, using the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.D.
