The City agrees to submit to the TIF Division written and signed Project Status Reports (see Sections 2.17 and 5.4 above) containing all required information, on the 15th day of January, April, July and October throughout the duration of the Project, or more often if requested by the Board or the TIF Division, using the form attached as Exhibit B.
