Lowestfare shall provide to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ no less frequently than one (1) time each calendar quarter commencing with the Effective Date, a prize for distribution by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ to winners of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s quarterly registration sweepstakes. The rules and operation of such quarterly registration sweepstakes ("Quarterly Sweepstakes") shall be determined solely by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, in reasonable consultation with the original provider of the prize.
