Common use of Quarterly Truck Rack Commitment Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Truck Rack Commitment. (a) During each Calendar Quarter, Company shall tender a combined average of at least 55,000 Barrels per Day of Commodities for delivery at the Hartford Terminal truck rack and the Pasadena Terminal truck rack, in approximately ratable quantities (such combined average, the “Minimum Quarterly Truck Rack Commitment”) at the “Base Throughput Fee” determined in accordance with Exhibit B, and Carrier shall accept, store and redeliver such Commodities in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
