Common use of Quarterly Unaudited Financial Statements Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Unaudited Financial Statements. Deliver to the Bank, on or before the forty-fifth (45th) day after the end of each calendar quarter, unaudited Financial Statements of the Borrower, as at the end of such period and from the beginning of such fiscal year to the end of the respective period, as applicable, which Financial Statements shall be certified by the president or chief financial officer of the Borrower, as being true and correct, subject to changes resulting from year-end audit adjustments.

Deliver to the Bank, on or before the forty-fifth sixtieth (45th60th) day after the end of each calendar quarterof the first three fiscal quarters of the Borrower, unaudited Financial Statements of the Borrower, Borrower and all of its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis as at the end of such period and from the beginning of such fiscal year to the end of the respective period, as applicable, which Financial Statements shall be certified by the president or chief financial officer of the Borrower, Borrower as being true and correct, subject to changes resulting from year-end audit adjustments.
