Quarterly Valuation Reports. Subadviser shall use its best efforts to provide to Client within ten (10) business days after the end of each calendar quarter a statement of the fair market value of the Account as of the close of such quarter together with an itemized list of the assets in the Account, as that information is reported on Subadviser’s record keeping system. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Client acknowledges that Subadviser is not a pricing vendor for the Fund and does not have responsibility for determining the market value of any asset in the Account, provided however that in response to Client’s reasonable request, Subadviser shall provide information regarding the value of an asset in the Account, which may be used in determining its fair market value for purposes of calculating the Fund’s net asset value.
