Common use of Quarterly Written Reports Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Written Reports. 3.0 Immediately upon contract execution or starting April 1, 2019, whichever comes later, the Contractor shall provide written quarterly reports to the assigned RPM. The quarterly written reports must include: • Information for SwORD data uploads, upon request by the RPM • Language access plan updates • Calendar and event updates • Budget Update • Other criteria to be determined by the RPM (e.g. Activity Summary, Deliverable Status, Concerns/Issues) Task 4 - Implementation Plan
