QUESTION OF FACT RELATED TO PRIME CONTRACT. If a decision on a question of fact arising under the Prime Contract is made by the Contracting Officer relating to this Agreement or any Task Orders, notwithstanding the omission of any provisions or any provisions herein to the contrary, the decision, if binding on the Contractor under the Prime Contract, shall bind Contractor and Subcontractor to the extent that it relates to this Agreement or any of the Task Orders.
