Answers to such inquiries, as well as any revisions to the request for proposal, will be publicly posted on the vendor portal in the form of an addendum. The City’s policy is to provide fair and open competition and to ensure that accurate and complete information is communicated to all interested parties. Therefore, any verbal or written communications between any Proposer or its representatives, agents or others acting on their behalf, and any other City employee, consultant, commission member, or elected official regarding this procurement are strictly prohibited from the time the RFP is issued until the date of execution of the contract. Any violation of the communication process set forth in this section may be grounds for disqualification of the offending firm from participation in this procurement.
