• Information and Data 21.1 At all times during the subsistence of this Agreement the duly authorized representatives of each Participant shall, at its and their sole risk and expense and at reasonable intervals and times, have access to the Property and to all technical records and other factual engineering data and information relating to the Property which is in the possession of the Operator.

• Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications For State Agency Authorized User Acquisitions: Any web-based information and applications development, or programming delivered pursuant to the contract or procurement, will comply with New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications as follows: Any web-based information and applications development, or programming delivered pursuant to the contract or procurement, will comply with New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08- 005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications as such policy may be amended, modified or superseded, which requires that state agency web-based information and applications are accessible to persons with disabilities. Web-based information and applications must conform to New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005 as determined by quality assurance testing. Such quality assurance testing will be conducted by the State Agency Authorized User and the results of such testing must be satisfactory to the Authorized User before web-based information and applications will be considered a qualified deliverable under the contract or procurement.

• MANAGEMENT INFORMATION AND FORMAT 2.1 The Supplier agrees to provide timely, full, accurate and complete MI Reports to the Authority which incorporates the data, in the correct format, required by the MI Reporting Template. The initial MI Reporting Template is set out in the Annex to this Framework Schedule 9.

• Information and Services 2.1.1 The Owner shall provide full information in a timely manner regarding the requirements of the Project, including the Owner’s objectives, constraints and criteria, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability requirements, special equipment and systems, and site requirements as reasonably requested by Construction Manager in writing.

• Collection and Use of Your Information You acknowledge that when you download, install, or use the Application, Company may use automatic means (including, for example, cookies and web beacons) to collect information about your Mobile Device and about your use of the Application. You also may be required to provide certain information about yourself as a condition to downloading, installing, or using the Application or certain of its features or functionality, and the Application may provide you with opportunities to share information about yourself with others. • INFORMATION AND PRIVACY You understand and agree that in conjunction with employee training, quality control and the provision of services, we may monitor and/or electronically record cellular transmissions related to the Services, as well as conversations with you or others. Further, you understand that privacy cannot be guaranteed on telephone, cellular network and computer systems, and we shall not be liable to you for any claims, loss, damages or costs which may result from a lack of privacy experienced. You consent to us (i) using information about you and your location (collectively, “information’) to administer services, offer you new products or services, enforce the terms of this Agreement, prevent fraud and respond to regulatory and legal requirements, (ii) response to a subpoena or other such legal process, and (iii) using and sharing aggregate Subscriber information and statistics that do not include information that identifies you personally.

• Information and Publicity 1. The LP undertakes to fulfil the information and publicity measures set out in Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1303/2013, and in the information and publicity guidelines included the Implementation Manual, the Visual Identity Manual for projects and the Communication toolkit of the Danube Transnational Programme with the aim to promote the fact that financing is provided from the European Union Funds in the framework of the Danube Transnational Programme and to ensure the adequate promotion of the project.

• Power Supply Information and Access to Information 12 POWER SUPPLY INFORMATION

• CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY 11.1 If Cisco and Supplier have entered into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) which covers disclosure of confidential information under the Purchase Order, and if the term of the NDA expires before the expiration or termination of the Purchase Order, then the term of the NDA shall be automatically extended to match the term of the Purchase Order.
