Common use of Quitclaim Deed Clause in Contracts

Quitclaim Deed. At the expiration of the term of this Lease or -------------- its earlier termination under the terms hereof, Tenant, upon Landlord's written request, shall provide within ten (10) days a quitclaim deed in favor of Landlord or its assigns whereby Tenant releases any and all of its interest in the Premises or the land and improvements of which the Premises are a part.

Quitclaim Deed. At the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, upon request of Landlord, execute, acknowledge and deliver to Landlord within thirty (30) days, any quitclaim deeds or other documents to remove the term cloud of this Lease or -------------- its earlier termination under from the terms hereof, Tenant, upon Landlord's written request, shall provide within ten (10) days a quitclaim deed in favor of Landlord or its assigns whereby Tenant releases any and all of its interest in the Premises or the land and improvements of which the Premises are a partProperty.
