Common use of Quitclaim Deed Clause in Contracts

Quitclaim Deed. At the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, upon the request of Landlord, execute, acknowledge, and deliver to Landlord, within five (5) days after such request, any quitclaim deed or other documents to remove the cloud of this Lease from the Premises.

Quitclaim Deed. At the expiration or earlier termination of this Amended Lease, Tenant shall, upon the request of Landlord, execute, acknowledge, acknowledge and deliver to Landlord, Landlord within five thirty (530) days after such requestdays, any quitclaim deed deeds or other documents to remove the cloud of this Amended Lease from the PremisesProperty.
