QUITTANCES i) Le Jugement d’approbation de la présente Entente de règlement constitue une quittance selon laquelle les Personnes donnant la quittance donnent une quittance inconditionnelle et absolue aux Personnes quittancées, libèrent et déchargent ces personnes à tout jamais des Réclamations quittancées, et acceptent de ne pas faire de réclamation ou de ne pas introduire ou continuer toute action, enquête ou autres procédures dans quelque forum que ce soit découlant des Réclamations quittancées ou s’y rattachant contre une autre personne, société ou entité, notamment une autorité publique ou un organisme créé par une loi (y compris, sans s’y limiter, des professionnels en soins de la santé, des fournisseurs de soins de santé, des établissements de soins de santé, des pharmacies, toute autorité publique provinciale, territoriale ou nationale, ou tout distributeur ou fournisseur de la Prothèse ASR) qui pourraient réclamer des dommages-intérêts et/ou une contribution et une indemnisation et/ou tout autre redressement en vertu des dispositions du droit civil du Québec ou d’une autre loi provinciale comparable et toute modification qui y est apportée, en vertu de la common law ou en equity ou en vertu d’une loi ou d’un autre code, à des fins de redressement, y compris un redressement de nature pécuniaire, exemplaire ou déclaratoire ou de la nature d’une injonction, auprès d’une ou plusieurs Personnes quittancées.

If any of these items are Escrow Items, Borrower will pay them in the manner provided in Section 3.
