Quorum; Adjournments. A quorum at all meetings of the Board of Directors shall consist of a majority of the Board of Directors; but less than a quorum may adjourn any meeting to a subsequent date without further notice other than an announcement at the meeting. The act of the majority of the Directors present at a meeting at which a quorum is present shall be the act of the Board of Directors.
